Ryan Dreyer secured a reversal at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. On November 19, 2012 the Minnesota Court of Appeals reversed the Blue Earth County District Court’s Judgment against Morrison Sund client Holb-Gunther, LLC d/b/a Sea-Legs.
