Dave was a founding partner of the law firm Morrison Fenske & Sund. During his 20-year career at Morrison Fenske & Sund he was the head of the firm’s corporate and estate planning departments. After a 16-year hiatus from the firm, Dave is proud to once again be heading the estates and trusts practice at Morrison Sund. Dave has represented a wide range of individuals for their estate planning, varying in ages and estates. Dave prides himself on being able to explain complex estate planning concepts in a way that makes sense to clients. In total, Dave has had 39 years of experience with all levels of estate planning and has developed an efficient yet personal practice. Most of all Dave loves to meet clients and help them design an estate plan that makes sense and handles the client’s needs.
